New Family Application

"Why is your application period so early in the year? It's too early to already be thinking about the next school year!"
We get this question a lot. And it is understandable! All the teachers and board members are serving in a fully volunteer capacity. There are A LOT of cogs to line up to make the school year run smoothly, and this can take a lot of time to do with excellence. Since we all want to enjoy our summer breaks, we must start early not only with new family applications, but also with planning classes and enrollment. |

Qualifications to Apply
In order to apply to CFHC, your family must have a student entering K through 12th grade for the 2026-27 school year. Students in grades 6 through 12 must also have one year of homeschool experience before starting classes at CFHC. This requirement is waived for students in K through 5th grades. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive correspondence from us within a week or two. If your family meets the qualifications for admission, you will also be asked to schedule your family interview. The earlier you submit your application, the sooner you will be contacted. Instructions for Using Our Online Application Process
We strongly recommend you proceed with the application process on a laptop or desktop, and not on your phone.
The application is a Word document and contains 6 pages to be completed by the applicant. Click on the button for the application below and download it to your computer's hard drive. Then use Word to fill in the application.
When completing this form you can move to each blank using the TAB key or by moving your cursor to each box; boxes will expand to accommodate your answers. Click to mark the "Check boxes" or just type and X next to them. When finished, save your changes and attach this newly created document file to the "Upload File" area of the form at the bottom of this page. You will see a confirmation message once the form has been successfully submitted.
